Orange over yellow flag is from South Australia, it should have 3 letters on the flag, do you have other photos?

Hi, Katherine,
the bird was quite far away from the bird hide and it was hard to get a clear image of the ring. I tried to enhance the photo in PS which appeared to be YCP
Correct me if I am wrong, please.

Great, sounds good.
I'll forward the record to Australia ringing team and post feedback here later.
Cheers,
Katherine

Feedback from South Australia as follows:
Ruddy Turnstone YCP was originally ringed on 13-Mar-2009 at French Point, Port MacDonnell (140.747, -38.059). Back then it was flagged as AJA.
It was reported at the same area in Dec-2010, Nov-2011, Oct-2012.
On 14-Apr-2014, it was trapped again and the old flag was replaced with flag YCP.
It was reported again at the same area in Apr-2016 and Jan-2018.
This record is its first oversea resighting.
Great find and thank you!
Katherine
