question on fung lok wai

I hear a lot of news about Fung Lok Wai, mostly about the swamphen. I'm desperate to twitch it, however, I can't see any infor mation on birding guides such as birding south east china and birds of hong kong and south china. Can I have more information about whereabouts and access of Fung Lok Wai? Thanks a lot.
