Thought it was Hainan Blue Flycatcher at that time but just find out that its legs was in dark colour.

This is a Hainan Blue.
Especially when it comes to small landbirds, you may find cases where the legs are browner or greyer than they are supposed to be.

This is even true of e.g. Yellow-browed Warblers.
