Not sure it's correct advice, seeing some of the other posts.  Seems like the jury's still out...

I think it's a chestnut-ear Bunting.
The bird has a very confined chestnut "ear" with a pale spot.
Little Bunting, in my perception, with a very diffused chestnut lore. The chestnut lore sometimes very extensive and give an impression of chestnut "face".
