The cormorant
This post was taken on Nov 14 pm near to the pond at side of the Education Centre of Mai Po. The light was from the 2pm position and the cormorant was about 35-40m from me, perching high up on a tree. The yellow mask was interesting but the blue right eye was not, lacking lustre in it, thus making it difficult to have its better focused. As it protruded its neck to have a look at the surrounding, I shot and got this one.

Thanks for viewing, hsteen. The gears are: an f11 Nikkor 1000mm mirror reflex on a Nikon D200.
