look like a Pale-legged Leaf Warbler 灰腳樹鶯 to me.

It's a dusky warbler.
A very general reason to rule out leaf warbler -- it's not greenish in the color tone.

Regardless of plumage tones, nature/shape of supercilium + leg colour indicate Dusky, I believe, though actually the legs look a bit unusually bright to me.
