It's a Bull-headed Shrike, in considering it's grey mantle.

Other opinion said the bird has a longer/sharper bill than that of the Bull-Headed Shrike, whether it would possible be a Brown Shrike (紅尾伯勞)?

It's a brown shrike. The bill on bull-headed would be heavier, and the 'mask' would be rufous (blackish-brown on this bird)
The greyish tones on the back indicate that this is probably of the subspecies [i]lucionensis[/i].
