Unsure Raptor at Mai Po
As usual at this time of year there seems to be many raptors around that look similar and nothing like their pictures in the guides. This photo was taken yesterday and it looked like it could be a Pied Harrier but I'm not sure of anything these days. Neil.

Looks like a fairly straightforward EMH to me, Neil.
You are right though that there is certainly some sense of confusion following that post by lpaul in late Sept.
