The tone and contrast come out fine despite the sky being heavily overcast. What is more is the elegance in posture of the stonechat. I also like the gaze of the stonechat: very natural in the sense that it is off the axis of the camera, with its stare frozen on the empty space to its left. Very much like portraiture photography. Awesome.
