Cherry,
The first bird is a Yellow-legged Gull L. (c) mongolicus. Pale upperparts, very little streaking around the head, large white mirror in p10, and pinkish-yellowish legs.
The second bird is a Vega Gull, based on the smaller mirror on p10 and purer pink legs. The adult chasing the merganser is also a Vega Gull.

謝謝!
因為不夠時間,沒有去長島;只是去了成山衛和石島。

Geoff,
Thanks for correcting the identities of the gulls and explaining the differences between Yellow-legged Gulls and Vega gulls. In fact, I found it very difficult to differentiate between these 2 species, and MacKinnon & Phillipps' Field Guide to the Birds of China indicates that onlyVega Gulls are present in this part of China, so I assumed that all these gulls are Vega Gulls.
