How many grey-streaked Flycatcher you got?
The last one looks like Dark-sided Flycatcher - not clearly defined streaked on breast and smaller bill.

The last one seems to have yellow on the lower mandible.

I agree with Gary - the last one does look more like a Dark-sided Flycatcher.
Apart from the points he makes, the wings appear quite short and the wing tips do not stretch as far down the tail as you would expect for Grey-streaked. But I cannot see any dark spots on the under-tail coverts.
If it is, Dark-sided are quite rare in spring.
