Raptor ID?
This raptor shows rufous undertail converts and barely seen yellow legs.
Would it be Eurasian Hobby? Welcome to comments and advice! Thanks in advance!

Correct!! This is a Hobby, note the streaked underside and red "trousers" and vent.
