Is this a red-throated flycatcher?
Its lower bill is yellow and black at the tip.

It's an Asian Brown Flycatcher, which has a pale base to its lower mandible. Not well pictured in Birds of HK and S China but it appears in the text.
A Red throated/breasted Flycatcher would have a very black tail with distinct white markings at the base of the tail only.
