For it posture in standing, it resembles Richard's pipit which stand quite Straight. But it seems a little bit unusual to have streaks till the flank and it is quite heavily streaked....

I also doubted it is a red-throated pipit before. That's good for the confirmation.
It's quite not user friend to have a HKBWS forum and the old newsgroup...
