One can see the moulting of the flight feathers. Terns have 10 primaries (may be difficult to count). At this time, most birds have several new together with several old primaries. BN Tern seems to be moulting in HK at this time. In comparison, most Roseate have suspended (stopped) their moulting totally in HK, although the moulting is not yet completed.
