I am not sure they are same bird or two birds.
Please help me to identify.

It is a little bunting.
The best feature for this species is the head pattern - note that the supercilium and ear coverts show a fairly strong orange/rufous colour and there are no clear markings in front of the eye. Also the breast is heavily streaked blackish.
Rustic bunting would be larger with more pinkish-rufous colour (including the breast streaking) and more contrasting head markings.
