Difficult to say. It looks more like Eastern-crowned to me.

Can i use the bright green colour as one of the indicators for Eastern-Crowned?
Is Blyth's Leaf more dull in colour?
it is usually hard to watch/ take photo of warblers' crown.

Behaviour or call may be more clear-cut for separating the Eastern-Crowned and Blyth's (now Goodson's) Leaf Warbler. Body structure and thickness of wing-bar is useful but very difficult to grasp. I think colour is hopeless in this case.
