The first one is a Skylark sp. but I don't dare to say which one!! Though I do lean towards it as a Eurasian...Do correct me if I'm wrong!!

3551TFR532445 多謝大家，在現場看見牠降落在水邊草叢，很怕人，坐在隱地靜心等代，但分不清楚是雲雀或小雲雀？

我認為這隻雲雀是歐亞雲雀Eurasian Skylark，因為牠的嘴直而短小。小雲雀Oriental Skylark的嘴會更長而略微下彎。如果有側面或是背面的照片，還可以看看初級飛羽突出的程度，歐亞雲雀初級飛羽突出很長，小雲雀比較短。
