丹東觀鳥節邀請 Invitation from Dandong Bird Festival
丹東觀鳥會， 東港市旅游局及丹東團市委將於２００９年４月２５日至５月４日在丹東觀鳥園舉行東港國際觀鳥節，同時舉辦丹東觀鳥攝影大賽． 丹東市政府和區政府領導非常重視此活動，誠邀2-3名香港觀鳥會會員出席，並打算好好接待，期間會安排參加者到鴨綠江，中朝邊境的河口和最北端的虎山長城．同時丹東觀鳥會將向寬甸縣紅石砬子省級自然保護區申請，進入保護區參觀（最近幾年有狗熊，平日是不對外開放的）．行程大概為３－５天，到達丹東後的一切費用由丹東觀鳥會全權負責，但交通費用需要自理．如有興趣前往，可在這裡跟帖，或電郵至info@ chinabird net.org (請先刪除空格）
Dandong Birdwatching Society, Donggang Tourism Board and Dandong City Government will hold the Donggang International Bird Festival at Dandong Birdwatching Garden from 25th April to 4th May 2009. A bird photographic competition will also be held. The Dandong City Government sincerely invites 2-3 HKBWS members to join and they will arrange tour to visit Yalu Jiang, river mouth at the border between China and North Korea and Hushan Changcheng. The Dandong Birdwatching Society will also try to apply for permission to visit Hongshilazi Provincial Nature Reserve (which as recent records of and not open to public) in Kuandian County. The trip will last for 3 - 5 days and all the expenditure in Dandong will be covered by the Dandong Birdwatching Society. Do the organiser have any selection criteria for the HKBWS representatives? Eg, the representative must be an ornithologist? One who can take good bird photos? One who is a committee member and can speak on behalf of the Society?
