I agree that this is a Richard's Pipit.
田鷚胸口和脇部的縱紋較幼和少，而樹鷚和紅喉鷚則較多、較粗和較黑。
相片中的鷚鳥沒有很多縱紋，所以推斷是田鷚。

The appearance fits Richard's Pipit, but the lenght of the hind craw is an important feature. I have not checked this with other photo, and so I am not 100% sure.
