Yes, it looks like female Blue-and-white Flycatcher to me, although the color is tuned.

I think it may be a female Narcissus Flyactcher. The bird doesn't look large enough for Blue and White, plus the 'scaling' on the breast (rather than solid grey-brown) and prominant eye-ring would favour Narcissus.
