Is it a GPS dead chick?(Koel Dead Chick)

I saw a dead bird body on the nest on a pole in Long Valley this morning.
I think it is a chick which was eaten by raptor.
I suspect it was a snipe-type chick and I worry whether it is a Greater-painted Snipe chick.
Please share your opinions.

I think it is a snipe type tail feather(red) and strong leg(Blue)
