Very prominent white stripes on back and covert edges.

First-winter Red-throated Pipits can show quite prominent white "tram-lines" on the mantle, as well as whitish fringes to the coverts.
The prominent supercilium behind the eye, the lack of any contrast on the underparts (Pechora usually shows a yellowish-buff wash on the breast), and the lack of any gingerish tinge to the head suggests to me that this is, in fact, a 1st-winter Red-throated Pipit rather than Pechora Pipit.
However, at this time of year, these species are not easy to separate. One defining feature of Pechora Pipit is that the primary tips show a visible extension beyond the tertials, but I find the wing tips difficult to see in the photographs as they are obscured by the vegetation.
