Nice photos,
and very interesting in bird ID.
White rump, barred tail and pale under wings fit more for Pied Harrier.
But the wing shape suggests Eastern Marsh Harrier.

Beautiful pics! I think the wing shape is sharp at the tip and quite wide at the mid-secondaries, and the tail rather full and round but not angular, both favoring Marsh over Pied. Also, would the paleness suggest this being a male/ juvenile male?
