Dear birdwatchers and photographers,

Here is a list of bird species that we really need photos for the new HK photoguide.
"C" means that we only have photos that are not of sufficient qualtiy for publication.
"need" means we do not have any photo yet.
"use old" means we think we need to use the photo on the last photoguide.
"use old?" means we think better photos exist, and if we cannot get them, we will be forced to used photo on the last photoguide.

Please help HKBWS to produce the best photoguide for HK.

Glaucous Gull - we had one bird from Mai Po boardwalk last year.

Kinni and Thomas - please help us with submitting your photos! thanks!

Bulwer's Petrel - include the species which is not fully accepted in the Avifauna of HK? If so, we need to collect photos of several tens or a hundred more species. I don't agree on it.

Would Kinni and Thomas please submit your best photo on Glaucous Gull.  If you have already sumbitted them, please ignor this message.
In the end, if the bird in photo cannot be identified, then it could not be included in the photoguide.
