Is it Yellow-legged gull?










I think this white wagtail is different from the sub-species of leucopsis(white faced pied wagtail)
Would it be ocularis sub-species(eye-striped white wagtail)?

I think you have identified them correctly. The Yellow-legged Gull seems to be sick though.
