Yes, yellow wing bar (red on males). Sorry, meant to type yellow, the point being that Rosy Minivets have obvious wing bars at rest which Ashy and Swinhoe's both lack.

So on this basis, obviously not a Rosy.
However, clearly an odd bird, but I would think that this is a Swinhoe's showing yellow in the plumage for some reason (perhaps either a plumage abnormality or due to some Rosy Minivet genes).
