Seems to be a bonelli's eagle to me.

I think the tail shape fits better for Oriental Honey Buzzard

Eastern Marsh Harrier

2.Honey Buzzard

A very interesting bird and at first glance I would have thought it was a Bonelli's Eagle. However, I looked at a number of photos and it seems both Bonelli's Eagle and Oriental Honey Buzzard have six fingers while this bird has only five. This would fit Eastern Marsh Harrier. So I would guess Eastern Marsh Harrier but I am not sure how to say it isn't a Pied Harrier.
