Bunting ID, please help

The following are the two buntings found on Mount Davis today (14/11) that I couldn't identify:

Bunting 1:
Is this Chestnut Bunting or Yellow-breasted Bunting? (Or information provided by the photo is insufficient for identification?)

Bunting 2:
Is this Black-faced Bunting? I wish I had a view of its side but I didn't.

Could anybody have help me with the identification? Thanks in advance.
