Yes it is a Grey-cheeked Fulvetta.
They seem quite widespread around the Tai Mo Shan massif now, with a slightly outlying population which I regularly see at Ho Chung woods.
Are there any at Kowloon Hills and Shatin Pass I wonder?
Always seems a bit odd to me that they are Category E but at the other extreme Pygmy Wren Babbler is Category A - how can anyone know one way or the other, so why aren't both Category B??
