Don't have a bird guide for Bhutan or India and my IDs should be taken with skepticism, but my guess for the first bird is a Black Drongo. Pretty sure it was that time of year when the outer tail feathers are growing back in, so the tail shape is less typical.

I have some suspicions about the second bird based on head and bill shape, but I've never seen a bird with this sort of moult pattern / colouring.

Thanks for the extra photos.

Doing some digging around and photo browsing, I think it's a Himalayan Treepie. Grey on the back of the head, brown back, white rump, chestnut undertail, black wings and tail.
