Unsure Raptor 未明猛禽

Is this Crested Goshawk or Besra?
Please help to identify.

The plain (ish) white underparts, large size and short wings (especially primary projection) indicate this is a juvenile crested goshawk. The crest is just about visible as well.

You are lucky to get such a good view of a perched bird!
