A friend of a friend found this baby bird.  Any help with ID and suggestions on where to take it would be appreciated.

It looks like a Japanese White-eye chick.
Please ask your friend to put it back to where he/she found it as soon as possible. It's parent must be looking for this baby!!
Please don't worry if you found a chick on ground unless the location is dangerous (e.g. busy road), it's parent will still take care of it even if they fell off from the nest.

Also, for my understanding, Japanese White-eye chick eats worms. So please put it back as soon as possible or otherwise it may starved to death.
