This is great news!!Perhaps soon a recovery program can reintroduce this species back to it's original habitat like the Great Bustards in Salisbury plain in the UK.

For some time, it seems to me that protecting an endangered species in China is to have captive breeding. I hope that captive breeding is not a simple alternative to protecting natural habitat for this species.
