No, tytleri is much brighter below than this bird.  It is simply a bright gutteralis (i.e. the taxon which breeds in much of China including HK).  Even brighter birds than this have been recorded, but none have been true tytleri, and are probably from the northern part of the range of gutteralis where they tend to brighter (perhaps due to the influence of tytleri genes).
