I was looking at these images thinking they looked a bit wrong for our Pygmy Wren Babblers.
Then I noticed where the photos were taken. In fact these are Taiwan Wren Babbler Pnoepyga formosana. To paste from OB Images: Formerly considered conspecific with Scaly-breasted Wren Babbler Pnoepyga albiventer but now treated as a separate species following Collar, N. J. (2006) A partial revision of the Asian babblers (Timaliidae). Forktail 22: 85-112.
Absolutely amazing quality pictures - isn't Taiwan a wonderfully birdy place.
