This bird was seen briefly perching outside the window sill of my 17/F apartment of a large housing estate in HK urban area.   The bird looked tired judging by the close distance I approached it.  It showed heavy signs of unwell as it closed its eyes frequently.  It could be an escaped bird.

an amazing record - of an Arctic Warbler!

The bill is too long for Yellow-browed, and the supercilium is too thin and not not yellow enough.
