A common teal swam freely at Long Valley on December 17th afternoon.  A dark brown coloured head with a thin yellow line separating the green patch, the short neck continued to the grey body.  It shook its head so vigorously that water droplets splashed around its black bill.  This common teal is not ordinary, but adorably.
