A Chinese pond heron strolled across the earth bank and posed herself at a shallow brackish water pond.  The image of her body aligned with bales of overgrown decayed reeds.  The fluffy feather style blended well with the lush green pastures.  I could not resist myself but to hold up a drawing pen and daubed the pond heron in water paint.  This drawing exhibits in Long Valley on March 20th.
