120 White-throated Needletails

I tried different ways to capture the number of Needletails.  My 300mm would not get all of them and my phone camera would not focus on them properly.  I could not see what I was filming anyway.  The first picture shows 62 of them, the best I could do.

As far as I know, the record all-China count is 1,160 at Beidaihe, Hebei on 6 Sep 1987.

This count is a record for SE China, eclipsing the previous high count of 108 at Wuyuan, Jiangxi on 4 May 2002

Dylan, they were not noisy, but yes, it was great to see.  

I have uploaded a map of my usual route.  Red then Green then Blue then Orange. At the interchange between Red and Green there is a white type Pagoda shelter.  The top of the Red path (the cemetery) is where the Needletails were. I don't see why you couldn't just walk all the way to Ho Pui though, I only take this route because it is convenient for me.  I sometimes go up an unofficial hiking trail to my little "Tai Po Kau" forest.  I won't post that here as people could get lost.
