Kap Lung Forest Trail- September
6.45am- 10.00 am, 15 September 2013,
I walked up the Kap Lung forest trail from the Sek Kong catchment and took the closed path on the right and looped back around to the catchment road. It was a fairly hard walk, take care if you try the trail! It was worth it though.
Siberian Blue Robin, male- great views too! Possibly a second bird later but only heard.

Pale-legged Leaf Warbler 1
Grey Wagtail 1
Grey Treepie 2
Crested Serpent Eagle 1
Crested Goshawk 2
At least two barking deer were calling and I flushed a large mammal along the trail too, possibly boar.
