2010-05-21 Mai Po around 11:30am, walk along the road from gei wai museum towards education center.

I've reported this to WWF staff, but WWF staff said I should report to AFCD. Why?

Indeed we'll need the AFCD Animal Care Center to help "relocate" it back to where it should be (as per government policy).
