This is a bit tricky to me, but I would go for Citrine Wagtail.  The upper parts seems to be greyer than that shown on my screen.

Agree with Fai Gor - one more vote on Citrine!

I agree this is a Citrine too, other then the greyer tone upper parts, a paler auricular, it also thicker wing bars then Yellow Wagtail.

I don't see any reason to suggest this is a hybrid. It looks like a fairly typical Citrine Wagtail to me - pale lores, pale centre to ear coverts, pale surround to ear coverts, greyish back, broad white wingbars, etc.
