The lower one in both photos should be Japanese Tit. It has a slightly green back that distinguish from the Cinereous tit(蒼背山雀) on the other side.

I forgot to consider Japanese Tit last time when I saw the photo from Shanghai.
The HKBWS record committee has not recognised Japanese Tit yet in HK.  See the HK list.
