Sony have done a good job with their Nex range of cameras. I have the Nex 5,Nex 7 and Nex 6 , as well as the camcorder Nex VG 10. With their quality sensors , Electronic Viewfinders and flip-up lcd screens they do a good job for digiscoping.
I'm liking the Sigma 30/2.8 E lens on these cameras but the Sony 20/2.8 E lens will also do a good job.
I'm using the newer Nex 6 at the moment, but with 24 megs the Nex 7 will get you more pixels on the bird.
