This is a Long-tailed Shrike of the dark form that is known as Dusky Shrike.
About 1 in 10 Long-tailed Shrikes are Dusky.

This bird is highly unusual in having white flight feathers - a very striking bird.

Dusky shrike

I saw the same one today! LV 21/2
I was very surprised to see the white feathers too.
Is there only a dusky long tail shrike? Why is it just the Long tail shrike that gets this form?

Is this really a long-tailed shrike?  I can't see any hook at the tip of the bill, which I thought is characteristic of long-tailed shirke ?
Some past photos of dusky shrikes taken by me are posted here for comparison.

I was actually going to post my photo anyway to question it but then saw Jim's post!
Maybe mike can help us out a little! The one with white feathers does seem quite different!
