《老鷹想飛》電影欣賞及導演座談會
導演梁皆得耗時23年,跨越6個國家拍攝,敘述六、七十年代起因環境變遷,臺灣的黑鳶數量急速下降,目前全臺僅賸不到500隻。在臺灣,黑鳶曾經是相當普遍的留鳥猛禽,不管是荒野或都市,在溪流或海邊,都可以是牠們棲息、覓食及活動的場域。黑鳶到垃圾場覓食、撿拾人類丟棄的物品作為巢材,在在皆是黑鳶與我們生活緊密的最佳佐證,牠忠實地扮演環境清道夫的角色,是人類的朋友。「老鷹先生」沈振中原為生物教師,1991年發現基隆外木山黑鳶群體因棲地遭受破壞而消失,觸動他發心,毅然放棄穩定的教職,全力投入觀察黑鳶生態。他家徒四壁,靠著家族成員的支持,堅苦卓絕從事黑鳶保育工作,長達20年,帶領民眾認識及省思老鷹消失的原因,了解如何持續守護黑鳶? 如何與牠們共榮共生?幫老鷹回到天空中,讓臺灣的老鷹重新擁有一片自在飛行的天空。

Film Director Liang 梁皆得導演 will be stopping over in Hong Kong on 28 December and he has agreed to give exclusive screening right of his high-definition masterpiece: "Black Kites of Taiwan" to The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Bird Watching Society (HKBWS). After the show, he will meet with the audience of Hong Kong to talk about ecological issues of Taiwan central to his film about the black kite, an apex predator in Taiwan.
In addition, HKBWS will offer a general introduction to raptors of Hong Kong after the film show. Through this film show and follow-up talks by Director Liang and HKBWS, the audience may get a better understanding of the birds of Hong Kong and Taiwan and relevant issues of chemical-environmental degradation and its impact on biodiversity.
