I try to provide a crude transcript here:
Many conservationists said that the Yellow-breasted bunting is disappearing. There were many [Yellow-breasted buntings] in the past. Some of them were eaten. It is true that Yellow-breasted bunting is an endangered animal species.
Is it really that humans are eating all the Yellow-breasted buntings? There are tens of millions of Yellow-breasted buntings up there in the sky. How many can humans eat?
There is one thing that we should focus on. Do we have much rice paddies today in Hong Kong? Without rice paddy, would there be Yellow-breasted buntings? The priority should be planting rice instead of combating the consumption of Yellow-breasted bunting as food.
