Gulls ID
I photoed two gulls in Deep Bay on Shen Zhen side this morning, 23 January 2023. The first one had a dark grey back (the first 3 photos) while the second one (the last 2 photos) had grey back. Their size were similar.
I figure that the first one should be Slaty-backed Gull or Lesser Black-backed Gull. I tend to opt Slaty-backed Gull because it had a liver-pink legs and very dark grey mantle and upper wing. Am I right?
I do not have a very good idea for the second one as the photos are not clear and the bird was very far away. But I think it should be a Lesser Black-backed Gull or a Vega Gull.
