Thanks for the comments, my trusty Nikon 8400 is still my favorite camera and I will still continue to use it.

Every details on the plumage come alive here. The cropping is nice, too, elongating the body length of this fat dove, making it slimmer and more in shape for a standard avian portraiture shot as this one. The overcast tone is also very pleasing here.
